1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website https://executivespalace.in or making a reservation (online, phone, or in-person) at Executives Palace, Ranchi, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from booking or using our services. These terms apply to all guests, visitors, and any person booking accommodation or related services at Executives Palace.

2. Room Booking & Reservation Policies

a) Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only after providing valid guest details and, where applicable, advance payment or credit card guarantee. We reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed bookings after the hold period (usually 6 hours for peak season).

b) Check-in / Check-out: Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges (up to 50% of daily tariff).

c) Guest age & ID: All guests above 18 years must present a valid government-issued ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID, Driving License) at check-in. Foreign nationals must produce a valid visa & passport. Executives Palace reserves the right to deny check-in if valid identification is not provided.

d) Maximum occupancy: Room occupancy limits are strictly enforced. Extra person charges (including children above 6 years) apply as per hotel policy. Additional bed is subject to availability.

3. Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

a) Deposit & Prepayment: During high-demand periods or group bookings, Executives Palace may require full or partial prepayment. The payment is non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

b) Cancellation policy (Standard rooms): Cancellations made 7 days or more before check-in: full refund minus 5% processing fee. Cancellations between 3 to 6 days: 50% of total booking amount retained. Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival: no refund. No-shows will be charged 100% of stay amount.

c) Non-refundable rates: Some promotional bookings are non-refundable and cannot be modified. Please verify your booking type before confirming.

d) Refund processing: Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method. Bank/wallet transaction charges are non-refundable.

4. Guest Responsibilities & Conduct

a) Damages & extra charges: Guests are liable for any damage to hotel property, fixtures, or furniture. Costs for repair or replacement will be charged to the registered guest. Smoking inside non-smoking rooms incurs a cleaning fee of ₹3000. Any violation of local laws will lead to immediate eviction without refund.

b) Noise & disturbance: To respect all guests, please maintain silence in corridors and rooms after 10:00 PM. Parties, loud music, or illegal substances are strictly prohibited. Executives Palace reserves the right to ask disruptive guests to leave the premises with no refund.

c) Visitors policy: Outside visitors are allowed only in the lobby area up to 10:00 PM. Overnight guests must be registered at the front desk with valid ID. Unregistered visitors staying overnight will be considered extra guests and charged accordingly.

d) Lost & found: The hotel is not responsible for any valuables left unattended. In-room digital lockers are available upon request. Any found items will be kept for 30 days; after that they are disposed or donated.

5. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect personal information (name, contact, payment details, ID proofs) solely for booking, check-in procedures, internal analytics, and legal compliance. Executives Palace does not sell or share your data with third parties except for service facilitation (payment gateways, government authorities when required). By using our website or booking, you consent to our Privacy Policy (available on request). You have the right to request data deletion after your stay by writing to reservations@executivespalace.in.

6. Liability & Force Majeure

Executives Palace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of hotel services, including but not limited to travel delays, loss of personal belongings, or third-party negligence. In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, or unforeseen events beyond control), we reserve the right to modify or cancel bookings with a full refund or credit voucher, at our discretion. No additional compensation will be provided.

7. Website Usage & Intellectual Property

The content of executivespalace.in (including images, text, logos, and branding) is the exclusive property of Executives Palace. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited. We strive to display accurate room photos and amenities but actual features may vary slightly. Room rates shown online are subject to change until booking confirmation. Errors & omissions excepted.

8. Modification of Terms

Executives Palace may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will be posted on our website. By making a future booking, you agree to the most current version. For any discrepancy between the printed/hard copy and website, the online version prevails.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of your stay or booking shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ranchi, Jharkhand.
